As a teen, most of J. B.'s Saturdays were spent at Garvey Ranch Park, rehearsing for

plays, staged by a non-profit organization known as Monterey Park Stage Productions,

in co-operation with the Recreation & Parks Department. J. B. explains, "Below is a

photo from one of those productions: 'Snow White & The Seventeen Dwarfs, Directed

by Randy J. Clifton. I played Snow White's nerdy Cousin Waldo and my darling sister

Naomi played Snow White..."

"...Even though it was children's community theater, the director was very patient and

helped to instill in us a sense of professionalism. Recreation & Parks will always have

a special place in my heart".   

                                                                                                                            J. B. has been a member of Screen Actors Guild for 21 years, but he's still not famous.

Yeah, hard to beleive, isn't it.....???  His latest acting job was a cameo performance,

shot on 1/5/09 in the feature film MY NAME IS KHAN, where J. B. played an autistic man.

So, until Hollywood steals him away, J. B. proudly belongs to the people of

Monterey Park. Perhaps we may be stuck with him for a while.
